Hello Readers, welcome back to my blog.
This is an ARC from Netgalley. The third book in the Mile High Club series. The first 2 are called The Stopover and The Takeover.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars
SUMMARY
My favourite hobby is infuriating Elliot Miles. Just the sight of my boss’s handsome face triggers my sarcasm. God knows how he earns his Casanova reputation – if a million women want him with his personality, what the heck am I doing wrong?
Disgusted with my love life, I join a dating app under a fake name. I start chatting to a man named Edgar. He’s not my type and lives on the other side of the world, but we hit off a friendship, laugh and confide in each other.
But lately things are getting weird at work. Elliot’s being . . . attentive. His eyes linger a little longer than they should, and there’s a heat behind them that I haven’t felt before. And then, in the shock of all shocks, he tells me that my vulnerability is appealing. But when am I vulnerable?
Horror dawns . . . Has my boss been reading my emails to Edgar?
Damn it, why did I use my work email?
Oh no, does he know what I really think of him? I’d rather die than ever admit it.
Or, even worse: is it possible that the man I loathe in real life is the man I’m falling for online?

Kathryn lost both her parents seven years ago; she has been hiding behind her grief with clothes that are unflattering and living a single life. She works as an IT manager for Elliot Miles at Miles Media. They have been butting heads with each other since she stated working in the company. Katie gets a new stylist flatmate who prompts her to get a makeover to showcase his work. She attends an event with her flat mate which her boss is also attending.
Kate has never understood why women fall at her boss’s feet until he decides to turn those famous charms on her. Elliot has always despised Kathryn because she knows exactly how to press his buttons and make him furious. One day he sees her dancing in her netball uniform and is attracted to her which surprises him. Elliot is looking for his Mrs Right but in the mean time he wants to fulfil his desires for Kathryn. Sex without any relationship – when has that worked out? Not often.
I loved the wit of both characters and I found myself laughing a lot. They were swearing at each other a lot as well, when they get angry with each other, which I personally didn’t like but they had a strong bond with each other. It was quiet a good story and I have decided to read the rest of the books in the series but as audio books.
I gave the story 4 out of 5 stars because it was funny and fast paced which I enjoyed, although I wished that Elliot’s POV was more substantial. I felt like the author was more in tune with Kate than Elliot so his POV often felt pushed and didn’t give more enlightment to his character. I enjoyed the story in general.
